Overview

Praisidio was originally working on an employee retention tool, I led a strategic pivot to a GenAI-powered people analytics platform and scaled the product to dozens of enterprise customers.

My role

• Design strategy and leadership: Drove end-to-end product and design strategy for the platform, scaling it from concept to market.
• User-centered design: Lead discovery research and usability testing, develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that demonstrate intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interactions.

Empower HR with instant insights

Led strategic workshops to brainstorm the vision of the company

I facilitated a week-long series of workshops with the entire team to collaboratively define the company’s new vision, uncover key problems and opportunities, and drive the strategic direction. This process resulted in a significant company pivot, informed by over 200 insights.

Rapid prototyping and client validation

After refining our ideas, I quickly prototyped a solution and generated interest from over 50 clients within just one week. This validation was crucial in securing a new round of funding in the following month.

Discovery & Research

I led over 25 interview sessions (including both focus groups and 1-on-1s) with more than 100 key target personas, including CHROs, VPs of Operations, and Talent Acquisition Managers. These sessions were critical for validating core problems, refining solutions, and synthesizing insights into 6 key themes.

User problems

We identified the core challenges HR professionals face in people analytics:

Analytics is fragmented, manual, last-minute, and error-prone.

HR Professionals face these challenges every day:
😓 Day-to-day:  “I can never have my time-to-fill and quality of hire data fast enough.”
😩 Presentations:  “I am sick of staying up late at night finalizing my deck before our board call and I am missing a data point.”
😬 Slack with finance: “I have tens of candidates in the pipeline, and my VP of Finance asked me for a headcount re-plan.”

Continuous discovery and iteration:

To tackle these pain points, I designed solutions that evolved through continuous user feedback. By engaging with 10+ users weekly in onboarding and feedback sessions, I iterated rapidly, refining the solution to align with user needs and seamlessly integrate into their workflow.

The result was a conversational AI platform tailored for HR professionals, streamlining data handling, reporting, and workforce interactions. By keeping the solution flexible and aligned with user insights, I was able to deliver a tool that addressed HR teams' evolving needs.

After proving demand with the MVP solutions, my focus shifted to two parallel goals:

1. Activation & engagement – Ensuring users trusted AI insights and used them regularly (Drove activation from 10% → 90% by making AI trustworthy & trainable ↗)

While improving activation, I simultaneously focused on making the platform enterprise-ready, ensuring full adoption across HR, Finance, and leadership teams.

2. Enabling scalable reporting & team collaboration

Designed customizable reports with filtering, scheduling, and export options.

3. Customization for enterprise flexibility

• Designed dashboard customization (widget reordering, branding, theming).
• Introduced organization-wide settings to ensure consistency across enterprise accounts.

4. Accelarated team onboading

• Starred prompts – Enabled teams to customize their own collection of key prompts, improving workflow efficiency.
• Notion-based Help Center – I created a centralized knowledge hub with feature explanations, pro tips, and best practices, reducing onboarding time for new team members.

Outcome:

• Scaling for Enterprise Adoption, expanded the user base within existing accounts 4×, enabling cross-functional adoption beyond HR teams with permissions, reporting, and collaboration tools for Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams.
